AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Sixty Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($160,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers, together with repayment of the cost
of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project, in
Tuxedo #1017 (S-1519, C-841), in the City of Webster Groves,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) toward the total costs of
said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Webster Groves, Missouri, has
agreed to contribute Fifty-two Thousand Two Hundred Dollars
($52,200.00) toward the total costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Sixty Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($160,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers, together
with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection,
and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Tuxedo #1017 (S-1519, C-841), in the city
of Webster Groves, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 7, 1981.
