AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ten Thousand Eight Hundred
Twenty-nine and 89/100 Dollars ($10,829.89) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
for emergency storm sewer repairs at 2613 Woodson Road, in the
City of Overland, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ten Thousand Eight Hundred
Twenty-nine and 89/100 Dollars ($10,829.89) is hereby appropriated
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Coldwater Creek for emergency storm sewer repairs at 2613
Woodson Road, in the City of Overland, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 7, 1981.
