AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of inlets and
manholes in the Maintenance Repairs Number Nine (S-1782, C-845),
in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Company, Inc., as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of inlets and
manholes in Maintenance Repairs Number Nine (S-1782, C-845), in
the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 18th day of September 1981, and formally
executed on the 22nd day of September, 1981, by said contractor
and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 7, 1981.
