AN ORDINANCE, transferring Ninety-two Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($92,500.00) from the Mississippi River General
Fund, Twenty-three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars
($23,750.00) from the Fee Fee Sewer Revenue Fund, and Eight
Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($8,750.00) from the
Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund, to the General Fund of the
District; and appropriating One Hundred Twenty-five Thousand
Dollars ($125,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for
the administration of the District's Energy Management Program.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety-two Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($92,500.00) is hereby transferred from the
Mississippi River General Fund to the General Fund of the
District.
Section Two. The sum of Twenty-three Thousand Seven
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($23,750.00) is hereby transferred from the
Fee Fee Sewer Revenue Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Three. The sum of Eight Thousand Seven Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($8,750.00) is hereby transferred from the Coldwater
Creek Sewer Revenue Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Four. The sum of One Hundred Twenty-five
Thousand Dollars ($125,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the District for the administration of the
District's Energy Management Program.
Section Five. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 14, 1981.
