AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer to execute easement deeds for the
reconstruction and relocation by the City of St. Louis, Missouri
of the Hampton Avenue Viaduct over the River des Peres.
WHEREAS, the City of St. Louis, Missouri requires said
easements to complete the aforesaid reconstruction and relocation,
and
WHEREAS, said reconstruction and relocation will not
interfere with District operations,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute easement
deeds for the reconstruction and relocation by the City of St.
Louis, Missouri of the Hampton Avenue Viaduct over the River des
Peres.
Section Two. The easement deeds as authorized by
Section One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the Director of Legal Services of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 14, 1981.
