AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easement rights in Johanna
Woods Subdivision, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the subject property is within the certi-
ficated area of the St. Louis County Sewer Company, a private
company franchised by the State of Missouri,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement rights described below
are hereby vacated, to wit:
Those sewer easement rights within Johanna Woods Subdivision, in
St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book
194, Page 32 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 14, 1981.
