AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Ninety Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($190,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used
for the construction of storm sewers, together with repayment of
the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project,
in Burke City Storm Sewers (Cady-Reasor) Section II (S-1266, C-
836), in the Village of Calverton Park, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) toward the total costs of said
project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said
money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the Village of Calverton Park, Missouri,
pursuant to the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has
agreed to contribute Seventy Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars
($70,250.00) toward the total costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Ninety Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($190,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers,
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project, in Burke City Storm Sewers (Cady-
Reasor) Section II (S-1266, C-836), in the Village of Calverton
Park, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 21, 1981.
