AN ORDINANCE, vacating easements in Bel Aire Office
Park, in the City of Town and Country, St. Louis County,
Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District suitable alternate easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described easements
are hereby vacated, to wit:
Those easements in Bel Aire Office Park, in the City of Town and
Country, St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in Plat
Book 203, Page 68 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 28, 1981.
