HomeMy Public PortalAbout04546 O R D I N A N C E NO. 4546 AN ORDINANCE, vacating easements in Hickory Woods, a Subdivision, in the City of Town and Country, St. Louis County, Missouri, WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted to the District suitable alternate easements, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The following described easements are hereby vacated, to wit: A strip of land ten (10) feet wide situated in Section 28, Township 45 North, Range 5 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, being the eastern ten (10) feet of the Northern Creek Buffer as established in "Hickory Woods", a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 203, Page 67 of the St. Louis County Records, and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the northern line of Hickory Woods Drive (50 feet wide and private) being the southeastern corner of the aforementioned Northern Creek Buffer in said "Hickory Woods" and also being the southwestern corner of Parcel of said "Hickory Woods", thence westwardly along the northern line of said Hickory Woods Drive along a curve to the right having a radius of 299.04 feet an arc length of 10.00 feet to a point; thence leaving said Hickory Woods Drive northwardly 2 along a line parallel to and 10 feet from the eastern line of said Northern Creek Buffer, measured at right angles, North 0 degrees 22 minutes 06 seconds East, 395.23 feet to a point in the northern line of said "Hickory Woods"; thence eastwardly along the northern line of "Hickory Woods" 10.00 feet to a point, being the northeastern corner of Northern Creek Buffer and the northwestern corner of the aforementioned Parcel "A"; thence southwardly along the eastern line of Northern Creek Buffer, also being the western line of Parcel "A", South 0 degrees 22 minutes 06 seconds West, 395.39 feet to the point of beginning. A strip of land ten (10) feet wide, in Lot 1 of "Hickory Woods", a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 203, Page 67 of the St. Louis County Records, situated in Section 28, Township 45 North, Range 5 East, St. Louis County, Missouri and being a segment of a ten (10) foot wide easement recorded in Deed Book 6808, Page 1444 and described as follows: Commencing at the southeastern corner of said Lot 1 of "Hickory Woods", being a point in the northeastern line of Hickory Woods Drive, a fifty (50) feet wide private road, thence northwestwardly along said road line along a curve to the right having a radius of 299.04 feet an arc length of 46.79 feet to the point of beginning of the herein described strip 3 of land; thence continuing northwestwardly along said road line along a curve to the right having a radius of 299.04 feet an arc length of 10.02 feet to a point; thence leaving said road line North 18 degrees 42 minutes 23 seconds East, 172.39 feet to a point in the eastern line of Lot 1; thence southwardly along the eastern line of Lot 1 South 0 degrees 22 minutes 06 seconds West, 31.78 feet to a point; thence leaving said eastern line of Lot 1 South 18 degrees 42 minutes 23 seconds West, 142.77 feet to the point of beginning. 4 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 28, 1981.
