Home My Public Portal About04549 O R D I N A N C E NO. 4549 AN ORDINANCE, amending Ordinance No. 4250, as adopted December 17, 1980, and amended by Ordinance No. 4301, as adopted March 11, 1981, and Ordinance No. 4528, as adopted October 1, 1981, by repealing Sections Two, Four, Five, Six, Seven, Eight, Ten, Eleven, and Thirteen, enacting new Sections Two, Four, Five, Six, Seven, Eight, Ten, and Eleven in lieu thereof, establishing those positions that comprise the Unclassified Service of the District, and prescribing the compensation of the Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel, Director of Administration, Director of Wastewater, Director of Engineering, Director of Maintenance, Director of Finance, and Director of Legal Services. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Section Two of Ordinance No. 4250, as adopted December 17, 1980, and amended by Ordinance No. 4301, as adopted March 11, 1981, and Ordinance No. 4528, as adopted October 1, 1981, is hereby repealed. Section Two. Section Four of Ordinance No. 4250, as adopted December 17, 1980, and amended by Ordinance No. 4301, as adopted March 11, 1981, and Ordinance No. 4528, as adopted October 1, 1981, is hereby repealed. Section Three. Section Five of Ordinance No. 4250, as adopted December 17, 1980, and amended by Ordinance No. 4301, as adopted March 11, 1981, and Ordinance No. 4528, as adopted October 1, 1981, is hereby repealed. Section Four. Section Six of Ordinance No. 4250, as adopted December 17, 1980, and amended by Ordinance No. 4301, as adopted March 11, 1981, and Ordinance No. 4528, as adopted October 1, 1981, is hereby repealed. Section Five. Section Seven of Ordinance No. 4250, as adopted December 17, 1980, and amended by Ordinance No. 4301, as adopted March 11, 1981, and Ordinance No. 4528, as adopted October 1, 1981, is hereby repealed. Section Six. Section Eight of Ordinance No. 4250, as adopted December 17, 1980, and amended by Ordinance No. 4301, as adopted March 11, 1981, and Ordinance No. 4528, as adopted October 1, 1981, is hereby repealed. Section Seven. Section Ten of Ordinance No. 4250, as adopted December 17, 1980, and amended by Ordinance No. 4301, as adopted March 11, 1981, and Ordinance No. 4528, as adopted October 1, 1981, is hereby repealed. Section Eight. Section Eleven of Ordinance No. 4250, as adopted December 17, 1980, and amended by Ordinance No. 4301, as adopted March 11, 1981, and Ordinance No. 4528, as adopted October 1, 1981, is hereby repealed. Section Nine. Section Thirteen of Ordinance No. 4250, as adopted December 17, 1980, and amended by Ordinance No. 4301, as adopted March 11, 1981, and Ordinance No. 4528, as adopted October 3 1, 1981, is hereby repealed. Section Ten. Section Two of Ordinance No. 4250 as amended shall read as follows: "Section Two. The Unclassified Service of The Metro- politan St. Louis Sewer District shall be comprised of the positions of Executive Director, Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel, Director of Administration, Director of Waste- water, Director of Engineering, Director of Maintenance, Secretary- Treasurer, Director of Finance, Director of Legal Services, Director of Personnel, Technical Advisor to the Executive Director, and Director of Human Resources." Section Eleven. Section Four of Ordinance No. 4250 as amended shall read as follows: "Section Four. Effective for the pay period beginning November 1, 1981, the salary of the Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel shall be at the rate of $61,000.00 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments." Section Twelve. Section Five of Ordinance No. 4250 as amended shall read as follows: "Section Five. Effective for the pay period beginning November 1, 1981, the salary of the Director of Administration shall be at the rate of $42,000.00 per annum, payable in equal bi- weekly installments." Section Thirteen. Section Six of Ordinance No. 4250 as 4 amended shall read as follows: "Section Six. Effective for the pay period beginning November 1, 1981, the salary of the Director of Wastewater shall be at the rate of $42,000.00 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments." Section Fourteen. Section Seven of Ordinance No. 4250 as amended shall read as follows: "Section Seven. Effective for the pay period beginning November 1, 1981, the salary of the Director of Engineering shall be at the rate of $39,500.00 per annum, payable in equal biweekly installments." Section Fifteen. Section Eight of Ordinance No. 4250 as amended shall read as follows: "Section Eight. Effective for the pay period beginning November 1, 1981, the salary of the Director of Maintenance shall be at the rate of $41,000.00 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments." Section Sixteen. Section Ten of Ordinance No. 4250 as amended shall read as follows: "Section Ten. Effective for the pay period beginning November 1, 1981, the salary of the Director of Finance shall be at the rate of $38,000.00 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments." Section Seventeen. Section Eleven of Ordinance No. 4250 5 as amended shall read as follows: "Section Eleven. Effective for the pay period beginning November 1, 1981, the salary of the Director of Legal Services shall be at the rate of $36,750.00 per annum, payable in equal bi- weekly installments." The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 4, 1981.
