AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc, for channel construction in Channel Repairs Number
Three (S-1743, C-848), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for channel construction in Channel Repairs
Number Three (S-1743, C-848), in St. Louis County, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 22nd day of October, 1981, and formally
executed on the 27th day of October, 1981, by said contractor and
by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 18, 1981.
