HomeMy Public PortalAbout04555 O R D I N A N C E NO. 4555 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($20,200.00) from the General Fund of the District to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers, together with repayment of the cost of survey and inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such construction project in Telegraph Road Highway 270 to Christopher (Cathedral Sanitary Extension P-9173) C-850, in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 4467, adopted August 12, 1981, authorized the District to enter into a Utility Agreement with the State Highway Commission of Missouri, whereby said Highway Commission will reimburse the District for the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the General Fund of the District; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($20,200.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the District to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers, together with repayment of the cost of survey and inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such construction project in Telegraph Road - Highway 270 to Christopher (Cathedral Sanitary Extension P-9173) C-850, in St. Louis County, Missouri. Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 18, 1981.
