AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Midwest Piping
Contractors, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Telegraph Road - Highway 270 to Christopher (Cathedral Sanitary
Extension P-9173) C-850, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Midwest Piping Contractors, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers
in Telegraph Road - Highway 270 to Christopher (Cathedral Sanitary
Extension P-9173) C-850, in St. Louis County, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 29th day of October 1981, and formally executed
on the 3rd day of November, 1981, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer o# behalf of the
District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 18, 1981.
