AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 12 of Georgetown Farm, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for such portion of
the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of the
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of a five (5) foot wide easement along the
southernmost property line, beginning seven and one
half (7.5) feet west of the easternmost property line
and continuing westwardly one hundred thirty-five (135)
feet in Lot 12 of Georgetown Farm, in St. Louis County,
Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book 203, Page 69 of the
St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 18, 1981.
