AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 28 of Parkway Est., in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for such portion of
the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of the
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The easternmost five (5) feet of the fifteen (15) foot wide
easement along the western property line of Lot 28 of Parkway
Est., in St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book
155, Page 62 of the St. Louis County records, commencing at
the southernmost property line and continuing northward
eighty (80) feet.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 18, 1981,
