AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 7 of Rosaire, in the City of Crestwood, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for such portion of
the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of the
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The southernmost eighty-nine and 78/100 (89.78) feet of a
five (5) foot wide easement along the southern property
line; and the ten (10) foot wide easement along the
southeastern property line of Lot 7 of Rosaire, in the
City of Crestwood, St. Louis County, Missouri, as
recorded in Plat Book 95, Page 64 of the St. Louis
County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 18, 1981.
