AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company for storm sewer construction in Vennemann--
Fuhrmann (S-1533, C-846), in the City of Glendale, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT;
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company, as the lowest
responsible bidder, for storm sewer construction in Vennemann-
Fuhrmann (S-1533, C-846), in the City of Glendale, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 26th day of October, 1981, and formally
executed on the 17th day of November, 1981, by said contractor and
by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
Ord. No. 4566 is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 2, 1981.
