AN ORDINANCE. authorizing the Director of
Administration to execute the District's Notices of Lien for Non-
payment of Benefit Charges for Use of Sewerage System.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Director of Administration is hereby
authorized to execute the District's Notices of Lien for Non-
payment of Benefit Charges for Use of Sewerage System.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 1981.
