AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of an easement in Lots
12 and 13 of Kenneth Shotwell Estates, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said portions of said easement,
and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Those portions of an easement in Lots 12
and 13 of Kenneth Shotwell Estates, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
as shown on the Easement Plat recorded in Book 6642, Page 134 of
the St. Louis County Records, as described below are hereby
vacated, to wit:
PORTION 1
Commencing at an iron pipe at the Northeast corner of property
conveyed to Donald Soffer and Pearl Soffer, his wife, by deed
recorded in Book 6710, Page 1979 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence along the North line of said Soffer property
said line being the South line of Clayton Road (60 feet wide)
North 89 degrees 51 minutes West, 309.20 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence continuing North 89 degrees 51 minutes
West, 10.00 feet to a point, thence leaving said North line
of the Soffer property South 0 degrees 09 minutes West, 10.00
feet to a point, thence South 89 degrees 51 minutes East,
10.00 feet to a point; thence North 0 degrees 09 minutes
East, 10.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
PORTION 2
Commencing at an iron pipe at the Northeast corner of property
conveyed to Donald Soffer and Pearl Soffer, his wife, by deed
recorded in Book 6710, Page 1979 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence along the North line of said Soffer property
said line being the South line of Clayton Road (60 feet wide)
North 89 degrees 51 minutes West, 669.20 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence continuing North 89 degrees 51 minutes
West, 10.00 feet to a point, thence leaving said North line
of the Soffer property South 0 degrees 09 minutes West, 10.00
feet to a point, thence South 89 degrees 51 minutes East,
10.00 feet to a point, thence North 0 degrees 09 minutes
East, 10.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

10.00 feet to a point, thence North 0 degrees 09 minutes
East, 10.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 1981.
