AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 33 of Runnymede Plat No. 3, in the City of Creve Coeur, St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has re-
quested the District to vacate the portion of subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement in Lot
33 of Runnymede Plat No. 3, in the City of Creve Coeur, St. Louis
County, Missouri, as recorded in Book 121, Pages 14 and 15 of the
St. Louis County Records, described below is hereby vacated, to
wit:
Commencing at the southwesternmost corner, thence South 72 degrees
01 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of three and
42/100 feet (3.42') to the point of beginning being in
a curve to the right having a radius of two hundred
ninety feet (290'), the tangent to said curve bears
North 22 degrees 17 minutes 23 seconds East, thence
sixty-seven and 14/100 feet (67.14') northeastwardly
along said curve to the right to a point; thence South
54 degrees 26 minutes 44 seconds East a distance of
twenty feet (20') to a point in a curve to the left
having a radius of two hundred seventy feet (270'),
thence along said curve to the left a distance of
sixty-one feet (61') to a point, thence North 72
degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of twenty
and 06/100 feet (20.06') to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 1981.
