AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000.00) from the Mississippi River Operating Fund for
engineering services to provide plans and specifications for
emergency repairs to the Rocky Branch sewer on Sullivan Avenue
between Lismore Street and Jefferson Avenue, in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund for engineering services to provide plans and
specifications for emergency repairs to the Rocky Branch sewer on
Sullivan Avenue between Lismore Street and Jefferson Avenue, in
the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 1981.
