AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into an extension of a contract with Black &
Veatch Consulting Engineers to provide plans and specifications
for intermediate emergency repairs to the Rocky Branch sewer on
Sullivan Avenue between Lismore Street and Jefferson Avenue, in
the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 4441, adopted July 8, 1981,
authorized the subject contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with
Black & Veatch Consulting Engineers to provide plans and
specifications for intermediate emergency repairs to the Rocky
Branch sewer on Sullivan Avenue between Lismore Street and
Jefferson Avenue, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Director of Legal Services of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 1981.
