AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-five Thousand
Dollars ($25,000.00) from the Mississippi River Operating Fund for
engineering services to provide design plans and specifications
for the emergency rehabilitation or approximately five hundred
fifty feet (550') of the Ferry Street Outfall sewer, in the City
of St. Louis, Missouri, Contract E-335.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund for engineering services to provide design plans
and specifications for the emergency rehabilitation or
approximately five hundred fifty feet (550') of the Ferry Street
Outfall sewer, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, Contract E-335.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 16, 1981.
