AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-335 with Black & Veatch
Consulting Engineers to provide design plans and specifications
for emergency rehabilitation of approximately five hundred fifty
feet (550') of the Ferry Street Outfall sewer, in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-335 with
Black & Veatch Consulting Engineers to provide design plans and
specifications for emergency rehabilitation of approximately five
hundred fifty feet (550') of the Ferry Street Outfall sewer, in
the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Director of Legal Services of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 16, 1981.
