AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement in Conway Meadows,
Plat 3 and in U. S. Survey 369 in Township 45 North, Range 4 East,
in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District suitable alternate easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following Ten Foot (10') wide
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at the southeast corner of Conway Meadows, Plat 3,
thence North 3 degrees 4 minutes 27 seconds West a
distance of one hundred seventy-three and 16/100 feet
(173.16') to the point of beginning, thence North 3
degrees 4 minutes 27 seconds West a distance of
seventy-one and 20/100 feet (71.20') to a point, thence
North 27 degrees 41 minutes 27 seconds West a distance
of one thousand one hundred seven and 28/100 feet
(1,107.28') to the point of termination, as recorded in
Book 6467, Page 1383 of the St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 23, 1981.
