AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lots 1
through 4 and the common ground of Weidmann Estates Amended, St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has re-
quested the District to vacate the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That sewer easement within Lots 1 through 4 and the common
ground of Weidmann Estates Amended, in St. Louis County,
Missouri, as recorded in Book 6306, Page 909 of the St.
Louis County records, and more accurately described as
follows:
Beginning at a point at the Northeast corner of Lot 1 of
Weidmann Estates Amended, thence South 12 degrees 0 minutes
49 seconds East ninety-two and 16/100 (92.16) feet to the
actual point of beginning, thence South 12 degrees 0 minutes
49 seconds East five and 03/100 (5.03) feet, thence South 83
degrees 52 minutes 48 seconds West three hundred five and
72/100 (305.72) feet, thence North 51 degrees 48 minutes 48
seconds East nine and 42/100 (9.42) feet, thence North 83
degrees 52 minutes 48 seconds East two hundred ninety-seven
and 22/100 (297.22) feet to the actual point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 23, 1981.
