AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Lots 77 and
84, Block 2, of Fairmount Park and the vacated Rights of Way of
Summit Avenue and Glencoe Avenue, in the City of Hazelwood, St.
Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easements
are hereby vacated, to wit:
Those sewer easements within Lots 77 and 84, Block 2 of
Fairmount Park, in the City of Hazelwood, St. Louis County,
Missouri, as recorded in Book 6499, Page 32 and Book 5940,
Page 128 of the St. Louis County records.
Those sewer easements within the vacated Rights of Way of
Summit Avenue and Glencoe Avenue, in the City of Hazelwood,
St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in Book 7311, Page
143 of the St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 23, 1981.
