AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with June Martin,
Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Leith Avenue Extn.
Phase 2 (S-1812, C-852), in the City of Woodson Terrace, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to June Martin, Inc., as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Leith Avenue Extn.
Phase 2 (S-1812, C-852), in the City of Woodson Terrace,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 30th day of November,
1981, and formally executed on the 8th day of December, 1981, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 23, 1981.
