AN ORDINANCE, transferring Eighty-eight Thousand Two
Hundred Forty-nine and 50/100 ($88,249.50) from the General Fund
of the District to the Real Property Purchase Fund, and appro-
priating Eighty-eight Thousand Two Hundred Forty-nine and 50/100
($88,249.50) from the Real Property Purchase Fund for the purchase
of a certain parcel of real property in St. Louis County, Missouri
for the construction of a sewage treatment and disposal plant and
system to serve the needs of residents of the Meramec Basin area.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty-eight Thousand Two
Hundred Forty-nine and 50/100 ($88,249.50) is hereby transferred
from the General Fund of the District to the Real Property
Purchase Fund.
Section Two. The sum of Eighty-eight Thousand Two
Hundred Forty-nine and 50/100 ($88,249.50) is hereby appropriated
from the Real Property Purchase Fund for the purchase of a certain
parcel of real property in St. Louis County, Missouri for the
construction of a sewage treatment and disposal plant and system
to serve the needs of residents of the Meramec Basin area.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 23, 1981.
