AN ORDINANCE, vacating certain sewer easements in Lots
1 through 11 and Lots 13 through 19 of Buckley Meadows No. 4, in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the District wishes to vacate the subject
easements, in that the District has no further use for said
easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easements described below are hereby
vacated, to wit:
Those sewer easements within Lots 1 through 11 and Lots 13 through
19 of Buckley Meadows No. 4, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
as recorded in Plat Book 96, Page 90 of the St. Louis County
records, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the ten (10) foot wide easement
along the easternmost property line of Lots 1 through 11 and
Lots 13 through 19 and the five (5) foot wide easements along
the common property lines of Lots 5 and 6, 9 and 10, 11 and
12, 16 and 17, and the ten (10) foot wide easement along the
north property line of Lot 19.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 30, 1981.
