AN ORDINANCE, transferring Seventy-five Thousand
Dollars ($75,000.00) from the Mississippi River Operating Fund to
the Emergency Fund; and appropriating Seventy-five Thousand
Dollars ($75,000.00) from the Emergency Fund for emergency sewer
repairs, together with repayment of the cost of Engineering,
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such project on Penrose Avenue at Grand Boulevard, in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-five Thousand Dollars
($75,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund to the Emergency Fund.
Section Two. The sum of Seventy-five Thousand Dollars
($75,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Emergency Fund for
emergency sewer repairs, together with repayment of the cost of
Engineering, Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such project on Penrose Avenue at Grand Boulevard,
in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 30, 1981.
