AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement in Block 1 of
Fairmount Park, and Surveys 8 and 1249 of Marais Des Liards
Commonfields, Township 46 North, Range 6 East, in the City of
Hazelwood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement in a tract of land in Block 1 of Fairmount
Park, and Surveys 8 and 1249 of Marais Des Liards
Commonfields, Township 46 North, Range 6 East, in the City of
Hazelwood, St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in Book
7264, Page 296 of the St. Louis County records, and more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said property, thence
North 86 degrees 36 minutes 45 seconds West a distance of one
hundred twenty-eight and 53/100 (128.53) feet to a point,
thence North 11 degrees 18 minutes 36 seconds West a distance
of one hundred twenty-nine and 26/100 (129.26) feet to a
point, thence North 76 degrees 53 minutes West a distance of
three hundred twenty-six and 19/100 (326.19) feet to a point,
thence North 60 degrees 38 minutes 33 seconds West a distance
of forty-nine and 26/100 (49.26) feet to a point, thence
North 38 degrees 6 minutes 15 seconds East a distance of ten
(10) feet to a point, thence South 60 degrees 38 minutes 33
seconds East a distance of forty-nine and 26/100 (49.26) feet
to a point, thence South 76 degrees 53 minutes East a
distance of three hundred twenty-six and 19/100 (326.19) feet
to a point, thence South 49 degrees 19 minutes 38 seconds
East a distance of one hundred ninety-eight and 06/100
(198.06) feet to a point, thence South 3 degrees 20 minutes
33 seconds West a distance of fifteen and 85/100 (15.85) feet
to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 30, 1981.
