AN ORDINANCE, transferring Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, and Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek, to the Mississippi River
Operating Fund, and appropriating Sixty Thousand Dollars
($60,000.00) from the Mississippi River Operating Fund to pay for
engineering services for Project Definition and Priorities and
Preliminary Design of High Priority Projects in the River des
Peres Basin.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to the Mississippi
River Operating Fund.
Section Two. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek, to the
Mississippi River Operating Fund.
Section Three. The sum of Sixty Thousand Dollars
($60,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund to pay for engineering services for Project
Definition and Priorities and Preliminary Design of High Priority
Projects in the River des Peres Basin.
Section Four. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 30, 1981.
