AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement in a tract of land
in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 6, Township 44 North, Range 6
East, in the City of Oakland, St. Louis County, Missouri, with an
emergency clause.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following Ten Foot (10') wide
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That sewer easement in a tract of land in the Southeast 1/4
of Section 6, Township 44 North, Range 6 East, in the
City of Oakland, St. Louis County, Missouri, as
recorded in Book 269, Page 554 of the St. Louis County
records.
Section Two. The vacation of this easement is essen-
tial for the transfer of the real estate involved, and requires
enactment without delay, thus creating an emergency within the
meaning of the Plan. Accordingly, this ordinance shall take
effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 30, 1981.
