AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement in
Lots K and L of Belle Park Gardens, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of a
sewer easement are hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at a point North 15 degrees 01 minutes East a distance
of ten (10) feet from the Southeast corner of Lot K of
Belle Park Gardens, in St. Louis County, Missouri, as
recorded in Plat Book 147, Page 98, of the St. Louis
County records, thence North 15 degrees 01 minutes East
a distance of one hundred seventy-seven and 42/100
(177.42) feet.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 6, 1982.
