HomeMy Public PortalAbout04614 O R D I N A N C E NO. 4614 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement in Lots 1 through 3 of Kiefer Subdivision, in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the District to vacate the portions of the subject easement, and this District has no further use of said portions, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The following described portions of the sewer easement are hereby vacated, to wit: Those portions of an easement within Lots 1 through 3 of Kiefer Subdivision, in St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book 105, Page 78 of the St. Louis County records and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 1, thence North 12 degrees 18 minutes West a distance of ten (10) feet to a point, thence North 77 degrees 42 minutes East a distance of five (5) feet to the point of beginning, thence North 12 degrees 18 minutes West a distance of fifty-four and 11/100 (54.11) feet to a point, thence North 77 degrees 42 minutes East a distance of ninety (90) feet to a point, thence North 12 degrees 18 minutes West a distance of ten (10) feet to a point, thence South 77 degrees 42 minutes West a distance of ninety (90) feet to a point, thence North 12 degrees 18 minutes West a distance of thirty (30) feet to a point, thence South 77 degrees 42 minutes West a distance of ten (10) feet to a point, thence South 12 degrees 18 minutes East a distance of thirty (30) feet to a point, thence South 77 degrees 42 minutes West a distance of ten (10) feet to a point, thence South 12 degrees 18 minutes East a distance of ten (10) feet to a point, thence North 77 degrees 42 minutes East a distance of ten (10) feet to a point, thence South 12 degrees 18 minutes East a distance of fifty-four and 11/100 (54.11) feet to a point, thence North 77 degrees 42 minutes East a distance of ten (10) feet to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 6, 1982.
