AN ORDINANCE, making supplemental appropriations of
Ninety-three and 56/100 Dollars ($93.56) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Watkins Creek for
additional costs in the Stormwater Management Study of Watkins
Creek, E-320; One Thousand Three Hundred Twelve and 73/100 Dollars
($1,312.73) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for additional costs in the
Stormwater Management Study of Maline Creek, E-321; Three Hundred
Forty and 78/100 Dollars ($340.78) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of
River des Peres for additional costs in the Stormwater Management
Study of the University City Branch of River des Peres, E-322;
Three Hundred Twenty and 83/100 Dollars ($320.83) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Black
Creek for additional costs in the Stormwater Management Study of
Black Creek, E-323; Eighty-nine and 68/100 Dollars ($89.68) from
the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Deer Creek for additional costs in the Stormwater Management Study
of Two Mile Creek, E-324; One Hundred Eighty-six and 97/100
Dollars ($186.97) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, and One Hundred Thirty-four and
03/100 Dollars ($134.03) from the Mississippi River Operating Fund
for additional costs in the Stormwater Management Studies of Deer
Creek, Sugar Creek, and portions of the City of St. Louis, E-325;
Nine Hundred Forty-five and 11/100 Dollars ($945.11) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek for additional costs in the Stormwater Management
Study of Gravois Creek, E-326; and Three Hundred Forty-three and
61/100 Dollars ($343.61) from the Mississippi River Operating Fund
for additional costs in the Stormwater Management Studies of
Harlem/Baden Creek, the Clayton Branch of the River des Peres, the
Seminary Branch of River des Peres, and Lemay Creek, E-327.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety-three and 56/100
Dollars ($93.56) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Watkins Creek for
additional costs in the Stormwater Management Study of Watkins
Creek, E-320.
Section Two. The sum of One Thousand Three Hundred
Twelve and 73/100 Dollars ($1,312.73) is hereby appropriated from
the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Maline Creek for additional costs in the Stormwater Management
Study of Maline Creek, E-321.
Section Three. The sum of Three Hundred Forty and
78/100 Dollars ($340.78) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the
University City Branch of River des Peres for additional costs in
the Stormwater Management Study of the University City Branch of
River des Peres, E-322.
Section Four. The sum of Three Hundred Twenty and
83/100 Dollars ($320.83) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Black
Creek for additional costs in the Stormwater Management Study of
Black Creek, E-323.
Section Five. The sum of Eighty-nine and 68/100
Dollars ($89.68) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for
additional costs in the Stormwater Management Study of Two Mile
Creek, E-324.
Section Six. The sum of One Hundred Eighty-six and
97/100 Dollars ($186.97) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek for additional costs in the Stormwater Management Studies of
Deer Creek, Sugar Creek, and portions of the City of St. Louis, E-
325.
Section Seven. The sum of One Hundred Thirty-four and
03/100 Dollars ($134.03) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Operating Fund for additional costs in the
Stormwater Management Studies of Deer Creek, Sugar Creek, and
portions of the City of St. Louis, E-325.
Section Eight. The sum of Nine Hundred Forty-five and
11/100 Dollars ($945.11) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek for additional costs in the Stormwater Management
Study of Gravois Creek, E-326.
Section Nine. The sum of Three Hundred Forty-three and
61/100 Dollars ($343.61) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Operating Fund for additional costs in the
Stormwater Management Studies of Harlem/Baden Creek, the Clayton
Branch of the River des Peres, the Seminary Branch of River des
Peres, and Lemay Creek, E-327.
Section Ten. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
