O R D I N A N C E NO. 4617
AN ORDINANCE, transferring sums as hereinafter speci-
fied from certain designated Funds of the District to the Opera-
tion, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek
to repay sums advanced by said Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for various Stormwater
Management Studies throughout the District.
WHEREAS, the amounts herein transferred have heretofore
been appropriated for the purposes stated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sums as hereinafter specified are
hereby transferred from certain designated Funds of the District
to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Deer Creek to repay sums advanced by said Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for various
Stormwater Management Studies throughout the District.
