AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-four Thousand Eight
Hundred Dollars ($64,800.00) from the Mississippi River Sub-
district Operating Fund to be used for the construction of storm
sewers, together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey
and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such construction project, in Cameron & Northgate
(S-1610, C-809A), in Glasgow Village, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Trustees of Glasgow Village, Missouri have
agreed to contribute one-half (1/2) of the total costs of said
project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said
money will be returned to the Mississippi River Subdistrict
Operating Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-four Thousand Eight
Hundred Dollars ($64,800.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the
construction of storm sewers, together with repayment of the cost
of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project, in
Cameron & Northgate (S-1610, C-809A), in Glasgow Village,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 13, 1982.
