AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bennish
Construction Company for storm sewer construction in High Hampton
(S-1728, C-860), in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bennish Construction Company, as the lowest
responsible bidder, for storm sewer construction in High Hampton
(S-1728, C-860), in the City of Ladue, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 17th day of December, 1981, and formally
executed on the 29th day of December, 1981, by said contractor and
by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 13, 1982.
