AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Company, Inc. for storm sewer construction in Ramona-
Sargent Phase 2 (S-1731, C-861), in the Village of Bel-Ridge,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the Execu-
tive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Company, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for storm sewer construction in Ramona-
Sargent Phase 2 (S-1731, C-861), in the Village of Bel-Ridge,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 28th day of December,
1981, and formally executed on the 12th day of January, 1982, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 27, 1982.
