AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Thousand Six Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($3,650.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict
Operating Fund to pay one-half (1/2) of the cost of storm sewer
construction in the West Place Street and Sewer Rehabilitation
Project from Greenway Avenue to Hunter Avenue, in the City of
Beverly Hills, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project is a cooperative venture between
the District and the City of Beverly Hills, Missouri, wherein each
party will contribute one-half (1/2) of the total storm sewer
construction cost,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Thousand Six Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($3,650.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund to pay one-half (1/2)
of the cost of storm sewer construction in the West Place Street
and Sewer Rehabilitation Project from Greenway Avenue to Hunter
Avenue, in the City of Beverly Hills, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 27, 1982.
