AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Nineteen Thousand One Hun-
dred Twenty-two and 65/100 Dollars ($19,122.65) from the Opera-
tion, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois
Creek to pay one-half (1/2) of the cost of sanitary sewer con-
struction at the northwest corner of Interstate Highway 44 and
Lindbergh Boulevard, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 4448, adopted July 22, 1981,
authorized the District to contribute one-half (1/2) of the con-
struction costs of said sanitary sewer in order to eliminate the
need for the District's lift station in the Windsor Springs
Subdivision,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nineteen Thousand One Hundred
Twenty-two and 65/100 Dollars ($19,122.65) is hereby appropriated
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Gravois Creek to pay one-half (1/2) of the cost of sanitary
sewer construction at the northwest corner of Interstate Highway
44 and Lindbergh Boulevard, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 27, 1982.
