BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The contract heretofore let by the Executive Director to Bates Utility Company, Inc., as the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in North McKnight & Sedwick (S-1791, C-863), in the City of Ladue, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 4th day of January, 1982, and formally executed on the 19th day of January, 1982, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-- Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form: is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 10, 1982.
