AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twelve Thousand Nine Hun-
dred Sixty-two and 50/100 Dollars ($12,962.50) from the Fee Fee
connection charges to pay Interim Land Company a recoupment for
sanitary sewer construction costs advanced by it pursuant to a
Sanitary Sewer Connection Agreement with the former Fee Fee Trunk
Sewer, Inc., dated June 2, 1975.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twelve Thousand Nine Hundred
Sixty-two and 50/100 Dollars ($12,962.50) is hereby appropriated
from the Fee Fee connection charges to pay Interim Land Company a
recoupment for sanitary sewer construction costs advanced by it
pursuant to a Sanitary Sewer Connection Agreement with the former
Fee Fee Trunk Sewer, Inc., dated June 2, 1975.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 10, 1982.
