AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company of St. Louis for storm sewer construction in
Theodosia-Huntington to Spencer (S-1498, C-862), in the City of
Overland, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company of St.
Louis, as the lowest responsible bidder, for storm sewer
construction in Theodosia-Huntington to Spencer (S-1498, C-862),
in the City of Overland, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the
11th day of January, 1982, and formally executed on the 26th day
of January, 1982, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 10,, 1982.
