AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Anthony Paving
and Construction Company for the construction of storm sewers in
Flower Creek (S-1757, C-866), in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Anthony Paving and Construction Company, as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm
sewers in Flower Creek (S-1757, C-866), in the City of Florissant,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 14th day of January,
1982, and formally executed on the 2nd day of February, 1982, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 24, 1982.
