AN ORDINANCE, transferring Twenty-seven Thousand Four
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($27,450.00) from the Riverwood Trails
Special Escrow Fund to the Operation, Maintenance, and Con-
struction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and appropriating
Two Hundred Fifty-two Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Dollars
($252,450.00) from the Operation, Maintenance, and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for the construc-
tion of storm sewers in Subdistrict No. 247 (DeSmet-Florland -
Section II) S-1778, C-868, in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Seventy-five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00) toward the costs of
said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said moneys will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance, and
Construction Improvement fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Florissant, Missouri, pursuant to
the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has agreed to
contribute Seventy-five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00) toward the
costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said moneys will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance, and Construction Improvement fund of Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-seven Thousand Four
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($27,450.00) is hereby transferred from the
Riverwood Trails Special Escrow Fund to the Operation, Main-
tenance, and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek.
Section Two. The sum of Two Hundred Fifty-two Thousand
Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($252,450.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Operation, Maintenance, and Construction Improvement Fund
of Coldwater Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers
in Subdistrict No. 247 (DeSmet-Florland - Section II) S-1778, C-
868, in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 3, 1982.
