AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Co., Inc. for storm sewer construction in Subdistrict
No. 247 (DeSmet-Florland - Section II) S-1778, C-868, in the City
of Florissant, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the Execu-
tive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Co., Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for storm sewer construction in Subdistrict
No. 247 (DeSmet-Florland - Section II) S-1778, C-868, in the City
of Florissant, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 28th day of
January, 1982, and formally executed on the 16th day of February,
1982, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 3, 1982.
