AN ORDINANCE, establishing the position of Manager of
Public Relations within the administrative unclassified service of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, and prescribing the
salary thereof, with an emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. A position in the administrative un-
classified service entitled "Manager of Public Relations" is
hereby established. The salary for said position shall be at the
rate of $26,500.00 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly install-
ments.
Section Two. The position of Manager of Public Rela-
tions is essential to the operations of the District, and must be
established without delay, thus creating an emergency within the
meaning of the Plan. Accordingly, this Ordinance shall take
effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 3, 1982.
